Offshoots of Orgonomy

Back Issues of OFFSHOOTS OF ORGONOMY are now available.

Originally conceived, edited and published by Lois Wyvell, former assistant and personal secretary to Dr.Wilhelm Reich, the innovative journal Offshoots of Orgonomy presents wonderful articles and insights into the broad realm of orgonomy, the natural science founded by Reich. Contributions by both professionals and lay people cover everything from art, science, gardening, auras, children, music, plant growth, economics, bird flight, teaching, new experiments, weather observations and cloudbusting, and many more fascinating subjects, all from the solid perspective of Wilhelm Reich's original and authentic orgonomic science discoveries. Fifteen issues of Offshoots were published from 1980 to 1987, containing many articles and letters to the editor from people who formerly knew or worked with Reich, and they constitute an important part of the "History of Orgonomy".

How did Natural Energy Works come to get these copies?
In the mid 1990s, Dr. James DeMeo, Director of the Orgone Biophysical Research Lab, was approached by Dr. Joseph Heckman to see what could be done to salvage a large pile of old copies of Lois Wyvell's magazine, then sitting on shelves in a damp basement in the Northeast USA, and to make them available to the general public. About 70 boxes of these magazines were then packed up and shipped West at considerable cost, to the OBRL headquarters near Ashland, Oregon. They were then cleaned and sorted, re-boxed and placed into dry storage. A special page was put onto the Natural Energy Works website, selling them at a low cost. Natural Energy Works has continued to maintain this important material, offering them at a reasonable cost to recover our expenses, and for postage costs. They are collectors items, limited in number and recounting an important history of Reich and his associates during his American period.

The first two issues have already sold out, and in keeping with Lois Wyvell's wishes, we make those issues available without charge, as a digitally-scanned and text-searchable PDF download. As each issue sells out, we will also make them available as PDF downloads. Get all the available printed back issues of Offshoots of Orgonomy, issues #3 through #15, for the single price of $29.95
That is about a third of the original 1980s cover prices.
