Slow-Smoked over Alderwood, following Native American methods, with a pronounced woody-salmon flavor. Very lightly seasoned with salt and sugar which is hardly noticable. A smokey-nutty salmon flavor definitely stands out. Definitely not a "sweet fish" nor salty by any measure.
Please note also, nearly all foil-pack smoked salmon has similar ingredients with varying levels of sweet and salts, and sometimes even artificial "smoke flavor". Usually the ingredients are not mentioned in their on-line descriptions. We wish to inform you about it, however, and in fact we researched for the best smoked-salmon we could find, with minimal salt and sweet, and the best natural flavors, produced from wild Pacific catch and smoked in the original Native American manner.
