All Natural Energy Works books and products, meters and devices, are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year, and guaranteed to function as described. If a meter or device stops working due to normal usage or manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, you may return it for repair or replacement, at our discretion, without charge. You must contact us in advance for a return authorization, however. Re-pack the item carefully for rough handling during shipment, and ship it to us with full insurance, by a secure and trackable method.
Publications: You may return any publication for refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase, but it must be in the original, unmarked, unread and new, resalable condition. The book must not show signs of soiling or a "hard opening" where the spine is deformed, or with bent covers, as happens during reading. Such books are considered "used" and are not returnable or refundable.
Meters, Devices and Products: Except where noted below, all our instruments, meters, devices and products are returnable for refund (minus shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase, but must be returned without markings or scratches which would prevent them from being resold to other customers in "new" condition. Items returned in less-than-new condition may be classified as "used" and refunded at less than the retail price.

Restocking Inventory Fees: Due to the charges we incur from banks for processing of orders (and which are not refundable to us) we must charge an 8% restocking fee for all refunded items. If you are uncertain about a product or book, contact us for clarifications before you purchase. On some occasions, this fee can be waived.
Items Damaged in Shipping: If your package arrives in damaged condition, please open it in front of the Postal Clerk or UPS shipping agent and assess for damage to the items inside. In such a case you must firstly present to them the original shipping container and packing, and the damaged item(s), following their instructions, and then contact us afterward. In the event of shipping damages and insurance claims, replacement or refund cannot occur until the shipper gives approval of the insurance-claim process.
If you have any questions, please contact us! Our products are returned by customers only very rarely, and also rarely malfunction, so in the overwhelming majority of cases, these warranty and return issues never come up! However, in the event of a problem, we do our very best to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
